GatiSetu ISC is engaged in transportation and logistics services for movement of goods. We operate on an aggregator model where market vehicles are hired and deployed based on customer requirements.

Our services may include:

• Full Truck Load transportation
• On-Demand / Adhoc vehicle arrangement
• B2B Contract Logistics
• Vendor partner network development
• Customer logistics coordination
• Other related transportation support services
• Upcoming services may include app-based B2C vehicle booking and electric vehicle-based Green Channel services.

2. Use of Website

The content on this website is provided for general information about GatiSetu ISC, our services, vendor partner opportunities, careers, contact details and website forms.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Submit false, misleading or incomplete information
• Attempt to damage, hack, disrupt or misuse the website
• Copy website content without permission

3. Service Enquiries

Customers may submit transportation requirements through the Customer Enquiry Form, phone, email, WhatsApp or other communication channels.

Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee vehicle availability, service confirmation, fixed pricing or booking acceptance. Service confirmation will depend on:

• Vehicle availability
• Route feasibility
• Type of goods
• Load capacity
• Vehicle type and vehicle body type
• Pickup and delivery location
• Schedule, timing requirement and route requirement
• Pricing confirmation
• Operational conditions
• Applicable legal and documentation requirements

Information submitted through the Contact Form may be used for business collaboration, support, general communication or follow-up. Submission of a contact form does not create any commercial obligation unless confirmed separately in writing by GatiSetu ISC.

4. Transportation Services

GatiSetu ISC arranges vehicles through its vendor partner and market vehicle network. We coordinate transportation requirements between customers, vehicle owners, drivers and other service partners.

The actual movement of goods may be carried out by independent vehicle owners, drivers, fleet operators or transport vendors associated with us.

GatiSetu ISC will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable coordination and transportation support. However, service timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, road conditions, breakdowns, strikes, government restrictions, accidents, natural events, customer delays, loading/unloading delays or other operational issues.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers using GatiSetu ISC services are responsible for:

• Providing accurate pickup and delivery details
• Providing correct goods details
• Declaring the nature, weight, quantity, value and special handling requirements of goods
• Ensuring goods are legally permitted for transportation
• Ensuring proper packing, labelling and documentation
• Arranging loading and unloading, unless agreed otherwise
• Providing required invoices, e-way bills, permits, challans and other documents
• Ensuring timely payment according to agreed terms
• Ensuring that the goods do not violate applicable laws
• GatiSetu ISC shall not be responsible for delays, penalties, seizure or losses caused by incorrect documentation, false declaration, illegal goods, improper packing or customer-side delay.

6. Prohibited and Restricted Goods

Customers must not use our services for the transportation of illegal, prohibited, hazardous, restricted, stolen, dangerous or unauthorised goods.

Restricted or prohibited goods may include, but are not limited to:

• Illegal substances
• Explosives
• Firearms or weapons
• Hazardous chemicals without proper declaration and approval
• Perishable goods requiring special temperature control, unless specifically agreed
• High-value goods without proper declaration
• Cash, jewellery or precious items, unless specifically agreed
• Goods restricted by government authorities
• Any goods prohibited under applicable law
• GatiSetu ISC reserves the right to refuse, cancel or stop any shipment if the goods are found to be unsafe, prohibited, misdeclared or non-compliant.

7. Pricing and Payment

Service charges may depend on schedule, route, type of goods, load capacity, vehicle type, vehicle body type, distance, waiting time, tolls, taxes, permits, loading/unloading time, fuel conditions, market availability and other operational factors.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Prices quoted are subject to confirmation
• Additional charges may apply for waiting, detention, extra loading/unloading time, route changes, tolls, permits, night movement or special requirements
• Payments must be made according to agreed commercial terms
• Delayed payments may result in service hold, additional charges or recovery action
• Applicable taxes will be charged according to law

8. Cancellations and Waiting Charges

Cancellation terms may vary based on vehicle arrangement, reporting status, route and customer requirement.

Charges may apply if:

• A vehicle is cancelled after confirmation
• A vehicle reports at pickup location and loading is delayed
• Goods are not ready at the agreed time
• Required documents are not available
• Customer changes route, load or delivery details after vehicle placement
• Loading or unloading exceeds agreed free time
• Specific cancellation and detention charges may be communicated at the time of booking or service confirmation.

9. Delivery Timelines

Any delivery timeline provided by GatiSetu ISC is an estimated timeline and may vary due to operational factors.

GatiSetu ISC does not guarantee exact delivery time unless specifically agreed in writing. We shall not be liable for delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Loss, Damage and Liability

Customers are responsible for proper packing, loading suitability, goods declaration and documentation.

GatiSetu ISC shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by:

• Improper packing
• Incorrect goods declaration
• Overloading
• Leakage, breakage or inherent nature of goods
• Customer-side loading or unloading errors
• Insufficient documentation
• Force majeure events
• Driver or third-party incidents beyond reasonable control
• Government action, seizure or legal restriction
• Accidents, road conditions or unavoidable operational events
• Any claim for loss, shortage, damage or delay must be reported immediately and supported with proper documents, photographs, invoice value and proof of loss.
• Liability, if any, shall be limited to the extent agreed in writing between GatiSetu ISC and the customer.
• Customers are advised to obtain suitable transit insurance for goods wherever required.

11. Become a Partner and Vendor Partner Terms

Vehicle owners, fleet owners, transporters and vendor partners who submit the Become a Partner form or work with GatiSetu ISC agree that the form is only an interest and follow-up form. Submission of the form does not create any partnership, employment, agency relationship, commercial commitment, vehicle deployment guarantee or fixed business volume.

• Provide true, accurate and current basic information
• Share only information that they are authorised to provide
• Use the Message field to share basic vehicle type, service area, route or availability details where relevant
• Understand that PAN, Aadhaar, bank account details, driving licence copies, vehicle documents, KYC documents and file uploads are not collected through the Become a Partner form
• Understand that GatiSetu ISC may separately request verification, compliance, vehicle, driver, tax, payment or business documents only if a partner discussion proceeds
• Maintain vehicles in roadworthy condition when engaged for operations
• Ensure drivers hold valid licences when vehicles are deployed
• Comply with traffic, transport, tax and safety laws
• Maintain professional conduct with customers, staff and business associates
• Not misuse customer information, company information or website form access
• If later onboarded or engaged, provide only true, clear and valid documents requested through the separately communicated process
• GatiSetu ISC may accept, reject, hold, verify, approve, suspend, blacklist or discontinue any partner discussion or engagement for misconduct, false information, poor service, fraud, repeated delays, unsafe practices or violation of company policies.
• Submission of the Become a Partner form does not guarantee partner activation, vehicle deployment, load allocation or fixed business volume.

12. Job Applications

Candidates may submit job applications through the Career Application Form, email or other channels.

The Career Application Form may collect candidate details, contact information, position applied for, experience, current location, short profile summary and resume. Submission of a job application does not guarantee interview, selection, offer or employment. GatiSetu ISC reserves the right to accept, reject, shortlist or retain applications based on internal requirements.

Candidates must ensure that all information and documents shared in their application are true, accurate and current.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logo, graphics, design, service descriptions, images, layout and branding, belongs to GatiSetu ISC or is used with permission.

Users must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any content from the website without prior written permission.

14. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only.

GatiSetu ISC is not responsible for third-party content, policies, services, security or practices. Users access third-party websites at their own risk.

• Illegal or prohibited goods
• Non-compliance with applicable laws
• Misuse of website or services
• Negligence or misconduct
• Disputes caused by customer, vendor, driver or third-party actions

17. Force Majeure

GatiSetu ISC shall not be responsible for failure or delay in service due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, fire, accidents, strikes, riots, war, government restrictions, road closures, transport bans, breakdowns, network failures, pandemics or other unforeseen events.

18. Privacy

Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

19. Changes to Terms & Conditions
